Click the link “Register Your Card” to designate LHMS as your donor school Complete a school designation form at any customer service desk in the store Dial 1-877-275-2758 to register your card over the phone
Safeway Back to Schools LHMS Code: 6517998	You must sign up or renew by November 1. There are several ways to link your Safeway Club Card: At the Customer Service desk in the store The eScrip website – www.escrip.com To renew, click on “YES RENEW!” and provide the requested information, or To sign up, click on “1-Sign Up” and enter your Club Card number
Harris Teeter Together in Education LHMS Code: 5073	There are several ways to link your VIC card: At the register in the store At the Customer Service desk in the store The Harris Teeter website – www.harristeeter.com.
